LG Display Co., Ltd. has amended its debt guarantee for its subsidiary, LG Display Vietnam Haiphong Co., Ltd., adding KEB Hana Bank as an additional creditor. The guarantee supports the subsidiary's planned borrowings of USD 1.5 billion to expand its OLED business, amounting to KRW 1,870,650,000,000, which represents 12.67% of LG Display's total equity. LG Display expects to receive approximately USD 24.51 million in fees from its subsidiary over the guarantee's term, which runs from June 28, 2022, to July 31, 2029.
